What about NDAs?

We appreciatee that some our customers are developing new technologies and our workforce may be exposed to priviledged information and Intellectual Property. Not withstanding professional codes of conduct, we are very well versed in this regard and have Non Disclosure Agreement arrangmnts and happy to sign these with you to assure you that any Intellectual Property we are exposed to is safe with us.
Furthermore. In an effort to maximize seccurity, we operate in house IT facilities including Electronic Postal Services (e-mails), File Exchange Server and exclusively our own, GitLab Version Control and Issue Tracking platforms.

How do we Kickstart development?

Our typical approach to our partnership is by meeting you in person, virtually by using teleconferencing or traditional telephone calls to help us establish a series of engineering tasks and strategies.

How can we be sure that we’re aligned?

Our contributions toward turning your ideas into a real world products begins as soon as we have captured your requirements and agreed upon deliverables. We do this by drafting a preliminary technical specification of your project with agreed milestones and only commence once you have approved them.

Can you breakdown the workflow?

We deliver our services through a series of engineering activities from topical research, technology and core components selection, designing functional circuits and Shematic capture to PCB design as soon as you let us know your preferences such as types of I/O connectors and geometric constraints so that the elecctronic assemblies snugly fit into your preferred enclosure.

What about certification?

Compliance with Standards is an integral part of our engineering services. Our design activities take into acccount certification requirements by default right down to selection of components. Seldom and in extreme cases where we are convering new ground, we may need to fine tune our designs if unsuccessful the first time round and almost in all cases during actual testing process, so as to avoid a second visit. We make all efforts to identify such indicators earlier in the design process. That said, the actual certification process is not something we can do in-house. However, we can provide expert guidance and services to secure certfication on your behalf, for example EC, UL, EMC/EMI certification can b undertaken through collaboration with our associate test-houses.

How soon can I have complete, functional and Certified hardware?

We will keep you updated at every signinificant stage of progress. Once we have assembled, tested and verify prototypes meeet specificiations, we’ll hand overr functional units to you for further validation, demonstrations and integration into your intended environment.

Where from there?

Our collaboration doesn’t end there as we will be on standby and available to help you with approvals and if you haven’t experienced the challenges of manufacturing electronic assemblies, we can continue supporting you in this regard or introduce you to our associates who are specialists in the field of volume production.
